Part-time Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conducting clinical assessments, evaluations, and gathering patient histories.

• Providing treatment options and guidance to patients using our platform.

• Ordering, interpreting, and performing diagnostic tests.

• Creating care plans that include prescribing medications or therapies.

• Collaborating and consulting with the care team and stakeholders as necessary.

• Upholding and exemplifying our culture of treating each patient with respect and enthusiasm, while ensuring the team delivers excellent client care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing and accredited as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Possess a valid and active permit to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary care or Adult) in Prince Edward Island.

• A strong desire to work in an innovative, dynamic environment that promotes professionalism, positive patient outcomes, and autonomy.

• Interest in or prior experience with digital health.

• Registered in additional provinces.
