This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Greet Realtors and Clients with a friendly welcome
• Oversee and manage workflow to guarantee timely closings
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and stay informed about market condition changes
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to mortgage lending
• Interact with borrowers, processors, operations personnel, title companies, Realtors, etc., to facilitate the mortgage process
• Request and follow up on necessary documentation from clients
• Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
• Conduct basic income calculations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
• Achieve goals related to timelines – we consistently close for our clients on schedule
• Operate within a database
• Organize and coordinate lunch-ins, meetings, and other events
• Promote, market, and service the Company’s loan products
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in computer and technology-related skills
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems
• Familiarity with DU is advantageous
• Ability to follow up with numerous prospects on a daily basis
• Required strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce and working within a database is a plus
• Professional demeanor
• Self-driven and motivated
• NMLS license is preferred
