Part Time Marketing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, modify, and disseminate blog and digital content

• Organize and oversee social media postings and content schedules

• Assist with website updates, maintenance, and overall functionality

• Contribute to organic SEO initiatives and content enhancement

• Handle email communications related to marketing

• Refresh Google Business Profile with local content to boost visibility

• Compile bi-weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities (website traffic, social media interaction, video performance)

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Marketing or Administrative Virtual Assistant

• Excellent written English skills for editing content and communication

• Fundamental understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines autonomously

• Comfortable navigating websites and acquiring new tools

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut Pro, or Lightroom is an advantage

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-focused
