Part-time Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily and weekly postings on all active social media platforms

• Interact with the audience and address comments

• Design on-brand graphics and promotional materials using Canva

• Manage the publishing schedule for Substack

• Compose and format content for newsletters

• Assist in podcast production

• Create and maintain landing pages for workshops

• Lead the comprehensive marketing execution for the book launch

• Prepare handouts and materials for workshop participants

• Gather monthly analytics and present the findings

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or content-related position

• Must have experience collaborating with an author or a TEDx/public speaker

• Proven experience in campaign management

• Strong visual and content acumen— proficient in Canva

• Naturally proactive— capable of bringing new ideas forward

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools

• Clear and honest communicator

• Knowledgeable about and inclusive of LGBTQ+ communities

• Truly passionate about the mission
