Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• In the role of a Seven Starling Therapist, you will offer empathetic, evidence-based care via teletherapy to women as they navigate their reproductive journeys.

• This is a part-time, exempt, salaried position:

• **Schedule Expectations:**

• **Total calendar availability:** 29 hours open per week

• **Actual patient sessions:** Approximately 20 patients per week, with a minimum of 4-5 slots available for afternoon/evening appointments

• **The difference accounts for:** No-shows, cancellations, and built-in administrative time.

• Must be available during standard business hours: 8am-8pm, with at least 20% of appointments available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays.

• Participate in individual and group clinical consultations, and attend our monthly clinical team meetings.

• Implement the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches).

• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.

• Engage in company-wide initiatives that align with your interests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in **VA** (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).

• **Virginia license is mandatory, with preference given to candidates holding at least two additional licenses.**

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is required, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care is essential.

• Proficient and comfortable with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.

• Dedication to participating in a collaborative team model that emphasizes shared consultation and continuous learning.
