Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• As a Therapist at Seven Starling, you will offer empathetic, evidence-informed care via teletherapy for women journeying through their reproductive experiences.

• This is a part-time, exempt, salaried role:

• **Schedule Expectations:**

• **Total calendar availability:** 29 hours available each week

• **Actual patient sessions:** Around 20-21 patients weekly, with a minimum of 4-5 slots open for afternoon or evening appointments

• **The difference accounts for:** No-shows, cancellations, and designated administrative time****

• Must be available during standard business hours: 8am-8pm, with at least 20% of appointments scheduled after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays.

• Engaging in clinical consultations both individually and in groups, and participating in our monthly clinical team meetings

• Implementing the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)

• Developing and upholding high-quality documentation and treatment plans

• Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich setting

• Contributing to company-wide initiatives that align with your interests

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in **TX** (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)

• **Texas license is required, with preference for candidates holding at least 2 additional licenses**

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health

• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care practices

• Comfortable and skilled in using virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices

• Dedication to participating in a collaborative team framework with shared consultation and ongoing learning

• A strong passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an enthusiasm for contributing to a growing, dynamic organization

• Multi-state licenses are a plus
