
Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• In the role of a Seven Starling Therapist, you will offer compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women as they navigate their reproductive journeys.
• This position is part-time, exempt, and salaried.
• Schedule Expectations: Total calendar availability is 29 hours per week.
• You will conduct approximately 20-21 patient sessions weekly, ensuring at least 4-5 slots are open for afternoon/evening appointments.
• The variance accounts for no-shows, cancellations, and built-in administrative time.
• Must be available during regular business hours: 8 am to 8 pm, with a requirement that at least 20% of appointments occur after 4 pm (around 5 appointments) on weekdays.
• Engage in individual and group clinical consultations and participate in our monthly clinical team meetings.
• Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model by employing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based methods).
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that align with your interests.
• Must be independently licensed in CA (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
• A California license is required, with preference given to candidates possessing at least two additional licenses.
• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is required, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care is essential.
• Must be comfortable and proficient with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
• A commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and ongoing learning is expected.

• Multi-state licenses are an advantage.
• PMH-C certification is a plus!
