This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform legal research, conduct factual investigations, and engage in technology research to support attorney inquiries, internal projects, and client service efforts.
β’ Assess proprietary, governmental, and public information sources to ensure alignment with client collections and research initiatives.
β’ Create and draft research and content guides aimed at facilitating the discovery of information pertinent to client practice teams and departmental staff.
β’ Curate and refine current awareness tools as well as email newsletters.
β’ Engage in remote meetings with team members, client personnel, and attorneys.
β’ Leverage Microsoft enterprise technology to optimize and enhance workflows within the client department.
β’ Must be a currently enrolled student or a recent graduate from an MLS/MLIS, Law, or Juris Doctor program.
β’ Must be enrolled in a Law Librarianship program.
β’ Demonstrated interest in legal research and information services.
β’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
β’ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
β’ Availability to complete a 17-week internship commencing on September 2nd.
β’ Expected to work 15 hours per week between 9 am and 7 pm.
β’ Must possess permanent work authorization in the United States.
β’ Paid internship opportunity.

β’ Ongoing support throughout the duration of the internship.
β’ Weekly meetings for guidance and progress check-ins.
β’ Possibility to extend the 15β17-week internship by mutual agreement.
