This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Answer inbound service desk calls and manage self-service support tickets.
• Diagnose fundamental hardware, software, network connectivity, access, and endpoint issues.
• Record issue specifics, troubleshooting actions, and resolution status in a ticketing system.
• Utilize historical records and analytical skills to ascertain root causes.
• Forward unresolved incidents to the appropriate Tier 2, Tier 3, or resolver teams.
• Deliver prompt, precise, and professional assistance to end users.
• Fulfill requirements for complete service desk coverage on a full-time basis.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or IT support.
• Capability to satisfy applicable public trust or suitability criteria.
• Fundamental understanding of end-user hardware, software, networking, and access support.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation abilities.
