Part Time Immigration Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Perform initial consultations with prospective clients 2–3 days each week

• Conduct 10–12 brief consultations daily through Zoom or phone

• Evaluate case viability, suggest legal strategies, and provide fee estimates

• Collaborate with the internal team to transform consultations into new clients

• Emphasize legal evaluation and client interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in immigration law

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct client consultation

• Licensed and in good standing in any U.S. state

• A confident and empathetic communicator capable of building trust swiftly

• Skilled in using Zoom/video conferencing and VOIP technologies

• Familiarity with CRM/case management tools (experience with Lali Law CRM is preferred)
