This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Assist with COYL's hiring requirements, which includes job postings, applicant evaluations, and coordinating interviews.
• Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes for team members within the organization.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise HR documentation, such as handbooks, policies, and compliance records.
• Aid in employee relations, engagement activities, internal communications, and cultural initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, employee files, review schedules, and necessary documentation.
• You will assist COYL clients by engaging in a variety of HR tasks, including planning and supporting employee engagement initiatives, auditing and improving client onboarding and offboarding processes, and addressing client employee concerns.
• Strong grasp of HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment practices.
• Proven experience in supporting multiple stakeholders, clients, or departments at the same time.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks across various clients.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work environments.
