Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a Product Collection Program at customer locations as part of the recycling initiative.

• Emphasize health and safety by following established policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Conduct inspection services, which include evaluating collection bins and facilities.

• Gather data using a mobile application.

• Prepare full containers for shipment.

• Provide weekly activity updates through the mobile app.

• Collaborate with the client to enhance program efficiencies.

• Handle project billing and cost tracking when necessary.

• Keep an inventory of inspection materials.

• Ensure credentials are maintained for servicing at client locations.

• Complete training provided by Arcwood.

• Assist customers during off-hours as required.

• Take on additional responsibilities to support the team and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous work experience is necessary.

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation is needed for travel between customer sites.

• A personal vehicle is required.

• Ability to work approximately 20–25 hours each week.

• Must be able to complete necessary training.

• Ability to obtain and maintain credentials for client locations is essential.

• A post-offer drug screen is mandatory.

• A background check is required.
