This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Develop, implement, and enhance digital marketing initiatives across various brands.
• Oversee and refine paid advertising efforts on platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Assess campaign outcomes and deliver structured weekly reports filled with actionable insights.
• Track essential performance indicators, including engagement, lead quality, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in audience targeting, segmentation, and strategies for campaign testing.
• Formulate practical growth strategies tailored for growth-stage companies and budget-constrained environments.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance workflow efficiency, campaign ideation, content creation, testing, and analysis.
• Work directly with the founder on marketing priorities, experiments, and avenues for growth.
• Suggest and implement enhancements based on data and performance trends.
• Provide light CRM coordination support as needed, though this position does not involve CRM administration.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid advertising, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
• Established ability to enhance campaign performance through testing and data analysis.
• Experience in growth-stage businesses, startups, agencies, or lean marketing settings.
• Ability to work independently and tackle problems proactively.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization strategies.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in utilizing AI-powered marketing and productivity tools.
• Experience working with multiple brands or clients is highly advantageous.
• Flexible remote fractional role (approximately 10–20 hours per week).
