Part Time Field Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Navigate through designated new construction and residential areas.

• Visually assess the status of lots: whether homes are occupied, under construction, or vacant.

• Document observations on provided site maps.

• Monitor and record mileage and time spent.

• Submit completed folders to your supervisors.

• Appreciate working independently in a quiet environment with flexible hours.

• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Have access to a reliable vehicle, along with a valid driver's license and insurance.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and utilize a map or GPS.

• A brief background check (including criminal and driving records) is necessary.
