Part-Time Faculty, Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Serve as Instructors of Record and/or design courses across a diverse range of disciplines for both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

• Teaching assignments can commence during any of our eight-week sessions, which feature six start dates each year.

• Courses are conducted entirely online and are asynchronous, with anticipated interpersonal engagement with students.

• Compensation is determined according to agreements outlined in the relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements/MOU.

⛳️ Requirements

• YourPace Adjunct Faculty for undergraduate programs are required to possess at least a master’s degree from an accredited institution, and/or have substantial work experience in a relevant field.

• YourPace Adjunct Faculty for graduate programs must hold a Doctorate, terminal, or advanced degree in their area of expertise, and/or have significant professional experience in a related field.

• Proven experience in teaching at the college level is essential.

• Experience in online teaching is required.

• Familiarity with teaching in a competency-based education framework is preferred.

• Technology Requirements: YourPace Adjunct Faculty must possess the necessary technology to effectively teach in a fully online setting. This includes, but is not limited to:

• A computer (laptop) with adequate processing capabilities.

• A high-speed internet connection.

• A webcam.

• A microphone.
