Part Time Facilitator – 1099 Contractor

📋 Description

• Implement business enhancement and reengineering strategies for the development of natural resources organizations and modernization initiatives.

• Assist and guide project teams in achieving their goals and objectives; help manage team transitions effectively.

• Offer strategic insights on key factors influencing business performance.

• Examine data to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, comprehend issues, and forecast trends.

• Convert data into compelling visualizations that enhance understanding for others.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer activities, which may include group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States permanently without the need for sponsorship.

• Capability to undergo background checks and Personal Identity Verification (PIV).

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 4 years of experience in natural resources, business, management, information systems, or similar fields.

• Proven expertise in facilitation, management consulting, training, or business enhancement methodologies and skills.

• Proficiency in assisting or leading discussions and meetings with customer personnel.
