β’ Executive Administrative & Communication Coordinator
β’ Email Management: Oversee high-volume email accounts, crafting responses and ensuring that all leads and clients receive timely replies.
β’ Networking Follow-Up: Organize business cards and new contacts shared by Dr. Moali. You will input them into the CRM, connect on social media, and send personalized 'It was a pleasure meeting you' emails with scheduling links.
β’ Data Management: Keep spreadsheets updated for business metrics, expenses, and tracking affiliate revenue.
β’ Client Engagement: Return missed calls and address client inquiries without delay.
β’ Marketing, Content Creation & SEO Strategy
β’ Kajabi Oversight: Schedule monthly newsletters and ensure the website/blog is updated with new content.
β’ Social Media Management: Implement the strategy and calendar, posting content generated by the creative team (Pete & Emma). Repurpose content across various platforms to enhance reach. Engage genuinely with other accounts and oversee all comments on Instagram and YouTube.
β’ Creative Design: Utilize Canva to produce professional graphics, posters, and content outlines.
β’ SEO & Copywriting: Optimize website SEO for better performance and write engaging sales copy and captions.
β’ Partner & Sponsor Engagement
β’ Affiliate Management: Ensure affiliate products are seamlessly integrated into social media, blogs, and newsletters.
β’ Sponsorship Management: Communicate with current sponsors and proactively seek out potential new sponsors using customized outreach templates.
β’ Kajabi Proficiency: Must be adept at navigating and scheduling within the Kajabi platform.
β’ Marketing & Copywriting Skills: Significant experience in crafting 'voice-aligned' copy that drives conversions.
β’ Highly Organized: You possess a Project Management mindset and excel at organizing complex tasks.
β’ Independent & Efficient: Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight, recognized for your speed and accuracy.
β’ Communication: A strict 24-hour response time is required for all internal communications.
β’ Design Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in Canva are necessary.
