This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Multi-Organization Project & Financial Management Systems Architecture: Investigate and implement a suitable Project Management system that caters to the distinct requirements of each of the three organizations.
• Accountability: Monitor all timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. You will collaborate daily with Sonja and the wider team to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Financial Operations: Aid in tax preparation, meticulously track expenses, and oversee data entry for bookkeeping and payables.
• Strategic Marketing & Creative Design Content Strategy: Manage the LinkedIn and Instagram presence—from strategy development and content creation to engagement and analytics.
• Design & Layout: Create, refine, and update handouts and PowerPoint presentations for professional courses.
• Email Campaigns: Oversee monthly newsletters. Sonja provides the topic; you will draft the content, design the email layout, and manage the distribution.
• Show Guest Coordination: Handle communications for show guests as we transition to a bulk-interviewing approach.
• Research & Technical Writing Newsletter Articles: Conduct research and compose articles for various newsletters across the organizations.
• Grant Hunting: Actively seek funding and grant opportunities that align with our core missions (Women in Business and Special Needs).
• The "Networking-to-CRM" Funnel Pre-Event: Research relevant events monthly, present them to Sonja, manage registrations, and keep the calendar updated.
• Post-Event: Convert business cards into leads. You will upload contacts to Constant Contact, categorize them by event, send personalized outreach emails, and connect with them on LinkedIn.
• Executive Experience: You have previously collaborated directly with a CEO or high-level executive, understanding the necessary pace and professionalism.
• Independent Thinker: You don't merely highlight problems; you come to meetings equipped with research and suggestions for solutions.
• Proactive Communication: You provide advance alerts before issues arise and consistently deliver on time.
• System Savvy: Competence in managing a CRM (Constant Contact) and various project management tools across different brand identities.
