This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee executive email accounts and intricate calendars, ensuring a two-hour maximum response time for critical business inquiries to enhance B2B conversion rates.

• Actively identify administrative bottlenecks and leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to create automations, produce social media content, and optimize operational efficiency.

• Supervise team adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within ClickUp, monitoring project deliverables and sustaining operational momentum.

• Handle initial B2B corporate inquiries manually and provide support to the founder in selecting, structuring, and implementing an official corporate CRM system.

• Assist with the administrative, research, and logistical frameworks necessary for the organization’s continued market entry into the United Kingdom.

• Prepare cross-border payments, manage routine administrative records, and ensure effective communication with external specialized marketing and logistics agencies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar remote administrative position supporting business founders or C-suite executives.

• Outstanding independent problem-solving skills with a proven history of working autonomously as a contractor without stringent daily supervision.

• Strong commercial insight with a professional, solution-oriented attitude towards customer relations and B2B communication.

• High emotional intelligence and a confident, analytical mindset, comfortable with direct, candid feedback and constructive discussions.

• Fully equipped, dependable professional home office setup (secure workspace, high-speed fibre internet, and backup power solutions).

• Previous professional experience in the global e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, or digital retail industries.

• Practical experience in selecting or building a CRM database from scratch.

• Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (task management, tracking, dashboards).

• Operational familiarity with generative AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs).

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
