Part-time Engineering/Architecture Subject Matter Expert, AI Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create original question and answer sets along with study materials that align with the complexity of actual NCEES or NCARB exams.

• Conduct technical edits and correct errors to ensure the precision of formulas, drawings, and technical concepts.

• Utilize proprietary AI tools to produce and enhance content while upholding educational standards.

• Collaborate with the Kaplan team to test and provide insights on AI tools.

• Review exam specifications and update materials to align with current industry codes, such as IBC, ACI, and AISC.

• Implement strategic updates to existing courses.

• Assist in the development of new curricula and review manuals.

• Ensure timely responses to all email communications within 24 hours.

• Address technical inquiries accurately and comprehensively.

• Promptly make necessary content adjustments and confirm their completion.

• Participate in occasional video meetings during business hours to discuss project scope or technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active professional license: PE or RA.

• Candidates holding a degree without licensure do not qualify.

• In-depth familiarity with the requirements and nuances of NCEES or NCARB examinations.

• Exceptional attention to detail in both technical writing and calculations.

• Highly motivated to adhere to project deadlines and follow schedules set by project managers.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.

• Willing to utilize AI-driven content creation tools.

• Reliable communication and timely responses to email communications within 24 hours.

• Capable of addressing technical queries clearly and thoroughly.

• Must be able to attend occasional video meetings during business hours.

• Resume should include current license details, specific exam taken, date of licensure, and states of licensure.
