Part-Time Crisis Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Part-Time Crisis Clinical Supervisor works under the general guidance of the Senior Manager of Quality Improvement, ensuring effective oversight of Registered Associate clinical providers (e.g., ASW, AMFT, APCC), referred to as “practitioners,” by delivering continuous clinical supervision and assessing documentation.

• This role includes providing clinical supervision to employee practitioners in various formats, including individual, triadic, and group sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of experience in a community mental health program.

• Licensure: The Licensed Clinical Supervisor must possess a current, unrestricted valid California License issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• The candidate must have held this license for a minimum of two (2) years and has engaged in psychotherapy or directly supervised trainees, interns, or associates providing clinical services and/or psychotherapy for at least two years within the five-year period immediately preceding their supervisory role.

• Completion of at least six (6) hours of supervision training or coursework within the two (2) years immediately prior to taking on a supervisory position (or within 60 days of starting supervision) is required, and this must be maintained in every subsequent renewal period to supervise Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT) or trainees (MFTT).

• A minimum of 15 contact hours in supervision training must be completed before commencing supervision of Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASW’s).
