Part-time Chaplain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Acts as a messenger and ambassador of faith, mission, and purpose.

• Conducts regular brief visits to company work locations.

• Visits employees or their immediate family members where care can be provided.

• Offers referral services and serves as a coordinator for specialized assistance.

• May assist in planning, conducting, or attending funerals.

• Collaborates with companies to deliver notifications regarding death and serious injuries.

• May provide post-termination support for employees who have been laid off or terminated.

• Engages in new employee orientation.

• Ability to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team and within an interfaith context.

• Skills to effectively listen and engage with clients, employees, and their families.

• Spiritual maturity and a commitment to a Christian lifestyle aligned with MCHAPs Ministry values.

• Proven ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify and address problems or objectives.

• Proven computer proficiency with Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and meet state minimum auto insurance requirements.
