Part-Time Bookkeeper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Entering and coding receipts using QuickBooks Online

• Reconciling bank and credit card transactions

• Ensuring expenses are accurately categorized

• Conducting basic reconciliations for bank and credit card statements

• Maintaining organized and easily accessible records

• Identifying discrepancies and seeking clarification when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (mandatory)

• Familiarity with Buildertrend is advantageous, but not essential

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked

• Capable of working autonomously and staying focused without constant supervision

• Dependable, consistent, and easy to communicate with

• Additional preference for experience in construction or job costing
