Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create impactful, evidence-based hierarchical programming utilizing data, progress tracking, and ongoing client assessments.

• Offer continuous direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs managing patient caseloads.

• Provide essential ongoing guidance to families to ensure successful programming outcomes.

• Ensure consistent communication with all members of the treatment team.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with external service providers beyond Golden Steps.

• Regularly review data and communicate findings to team members as necessary.

• Uphold professional boundaries as stipulated by the BACB.

• Conduct thorough initial intakes and perform ongoing assessments.

• Handle discharge and transition planning for children within your caseload.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be preparing to take the BCBA exam within one month.

• LBA certification (if applicable).

• Must consent to a background check.

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required for traveling to clients' homes.

• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA techniques.

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

• Capability to bend and squat for up to one hour per day.

• Must be able to perform tasks that require fine and gross motor skills, including bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting at floor level or in a chair, or standing for extended periods.
