Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting behavioral or functional Analytic Assessment Processes.

• Developing case supervision and clinical management strategies.

• Creating and executing an ABA Treatment Plan.

• Providing consultation to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client and family concerns.

• Selecting suitable stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on the age and abilities of the individual served.

• Involving the client and family in establishing treatment goals and training them on specific treatment strategies and skills to carry over.

• Delivering clear and concise instructions when presenting materials and/or techniques during therapy sessions.

• Accurately recording and monitoring daily progress for the client and family.

• Effectively utilizing session time to achieve objectives.

• Providing immediate and accurate feedback to the client and/or family.

• Planning for the discharge of the individual served.

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification is required.

• A Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field, with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with a pediatric population.

• At least two years of experience in an applied setting, including participation in functional assessments/analyses, development and implementation of functional behavior plans, as well as ongoing oversight and monitoring of these programs.

• Memberships in specific state and national professional associations (ABAI) are highly recommended.

• One or more years of experience in Telehealth supervision.

• Ideally located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

• Ability to work within the hours of 9am to 6pm MT.
