This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Execute general ledger accounting, alongside accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and authenticate financial documents.
• Adhere to and uphold internal controls.
• Perform financial analysis as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the client's Controller to assist in daily accounting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (mandatory).
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in the banking or credit union sector is highly desirable.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of meeting deadlines while producing high-quality work.
• Compliance with client policies and procedures.
• A team-oriented and client-centric mindset.
• Flexible working hours, ranging from 0 to 30 hours per week.
• Immediate openings available as clients are onboarded.
