Senior Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Month End Close – prepare and post journal entries to ensure financial records are accurately represented in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); calculate, monitor, and adjust cost accruals; post and review services revenue; compile reports to analyze and validate service revenue/cost; conduct monthly account reconciliations; and handle other month-end tasks as assigned.

• Analysis and Support – verify and take necessary actions on unbilled/deferred revenue balances; collaborate with other accounting and operations personnel to address billing/invoicing issues.

• Ad Hoc Projects – collaborate with the wider accounting and finance team to aid in various processes as required; conduct and create ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions; engage in and lead process enhancements; assist with requests from external auditors.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Required – 3 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred – Bachelor's degree in Accounting, proficiency with ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.
