• Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Evaluate applications and carry out initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Organize interviews and liaise with hiring managers and account managers.
• Confirm certifications, credentials, and fulfill pre-employment requirements.
• Keep precise records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Assist with offer processing and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare support candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting healthcare support professionals is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to multitask and handle a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote environment.
• Proficient with job boards, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
