This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee contract intake and administration utilizing the Company’s IntelAgree CLM platform, while maintaining contract records throughout their lifecycle.
• Follow up with agents and counterparties to secure any outstanding documents and signatures.
• Perform initial reviews of revised drafts against previous versions and established commercial terms; identify and escalate any errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and report on tracking metrics, escalating aging, unresolved, or high-risk items as necessary.
• Route and gather documents for e-signature and track signature status until execution.
• Audit and reconcile the Company’s reinsurance programs to ensure required contracts are executed and accurately recorded in IntelAgree.
• Confirm key contract attributes following CLM intake and automated data extraction.
• Prepare and issue standardized agreements using Company templates and standard terms.
• Assist with the management of the contract forms library and standard document templates.
• Help produce and file insurance regulatory forms, Secretary of State forms, certifications, and biographies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files for work products, materials, and resources.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with a contract lifecycle management system; experience with IntelAgree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using e-signature platforms and electronic document workflows.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines across a high volume of contracts and counterparties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows, such as Claude or ChatGPT “skills,” and ClickUp task management software is a plus.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, verification, document tracking, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately without close supervision.
• Familiarity with the property and casualty insurance sector is preferred.
• An Associate’s degree in paralegal studies is preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Paralegal certification, such as NALA Certified Paralegal, NFPA PCCE/CRP, or PACE/RP, is preferred.
