Paralegal II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Legal Front Door: Oversee and prioritize incoming requests through our legal inbox and Jira tickets, ensuring timely and prioritized support for the business.

• Drive Technology & CLM Enhancement: Serve as the administrator for our legal technology stack, focusing on the development of new automated workflows and templates in Ironclad.

• Manage the Contract Lifecycle: Draft and evaluate standard commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and client agreements.

• Create Playbooks & Guidelines: Design and revise internal legal playbooks, self-service resources, and FAQs.

• Promote Operational Excellence: Track legal KPIs and dashboards to aid the team in making informed, data-driven decisions.

• Support Corporate Governance: Manage state filings, maintain corporate documentation, and organize our internal digital knowledge repository.

• Provide Generalist Legal Support: Address a variety of assigned projects, including legal research and the drafting of internal policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably within a rapidly growing corporate legal department.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A Paralegal Certificate or Legal Operations certification (such as CLOC) is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in navigating Ironclad, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• Capable of distinguishing between true emergencies and routine tasks while managing risks effectively.

• Proactively engage, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to completion.

• Ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business workflows.
