This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the review, drafting, and modification of standard commercial agreements, such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and purchasing agreements.
• Oversee the administration of the contract lifecycle, encompassing intake, routing, tracking, execution, and archiving.
• Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and internal policies.
• Monitor and report on legal KPIs utilizing Agiloft, MIRO, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect information and facilitate the execution and renewal of contracts.
• Sustain and enhance the contract management database, which includes repository maintenance, naming standards, and version control.
• Aid in compliance initiatives by keeping track of regulatory requirements, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with reports and submissions.
• Support intellectual property management, including trademark upkeep, filing coordination, and docketing.
• Draft legal documents, presentations, summaries, and correspondence under the supervision of attorneys.
• Liaise with external counsel regarding document collection, billing review, and progress tracking.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration position within a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Possession of a paralegal certificate, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing contract documentation, legal filings, or matter administration with a high level of accuracy and organization.
• Experience supporting commercial contracting within a global manufacturing, industrial, or technology organization.
• Familiarity with intellectual property management, including trademark docketing and filing procedures.
• Background in compliance monitoring, regulatory research, or corporate governance assistance.
• Proficient with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign and enterprise procurement or ERP systems.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration among legal, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools, document management systems, or legal databases.
• Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to draft, proofread, and edit legal documents clearly and accurately.
