Litigation Paralegal, Contract-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote, on-demand assistance for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms.

• Oversee litigation files for personal injury cases in California.

• Prepare discovery documents and support litigation processes from start to finish, including trial.

• Ensure adherence to California civil litigation procedures and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct involvement in California personal injury litigation.

• Previous experience with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and/or Premises Liability cases.

• Capability to independently manage active litigation files with minimal oversight.

• Comprehensive understanding of California civil litigation procedures, deadlines, and court mandates.

• Experience in drafting discovery and supporting litigation matters from inception through trial.

• Familiarity with e-filing, calendaring, and litigation case management systems.

• Previous experience with CloudLex is highly preferred.

• Willingness and ability to quickly master Eve Legal AI tools and workflows.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently.
