This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Discovery Management: Independently prepare, draft, organize, and monitor discovery responses and related obligations, ensuring timely and precise productions.
• Initial Disclosures: Take the initiative to assemble and prepare all initial disclosures, records, exhibits, and summaries for attorney review, focusing on accuracy and completeness.
• Medical Record Management: Actively oversee the collection, organization, and filing of medical records using YoCierge, ensuring smooth integration into case files.
• Calendaring and Deadlines: Manage all litigation scheduling, strictly following Colorado procedural deadlines to guarantee no missed deadlines.
• Case Management: Independently steer case progression and workflow, anticipating subsequent steps and maintaining progress without daily supervision.
• Evidence Documentation: Prepare billing summaries, Bates-label evidence and document sets, and upload records or case materials to tools like EvenUp as necessary.
• Colorado Litigation Expertise: Strong preference for deep experience in Colorado civil litigation, including knowledge of Colorado courts, procedural rules, discovery requirements, disclosures, and court-specific deadlines.
• Autonomous Work Style: Ability to independently manage litigation tasks from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Detail-Oriented: Outstanding attention to detail in handling procedural rules, deadlines, and documentation.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing AI tools and litigation software such as Briefpoint, Lexis, and ChatGPT to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Strategic Problem Solver: Capable of anticipating potential procedural challenges and proactively developing strategic solutions.
• Performance-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working in a high-expectation, performance-oriented environment with clear accountability and minimal oversight.
• Competitive Salary: Receive $90,000 to $100,000+ based on experience for US-based employees, with potential benefits following the trial period.
