This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a variety of comprehensive Paradox implementation projects that are integrated with Workday.
• Collect business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions using the Paradox platform.
• Configure and launch conversational AI, workflow automation, employee self-service, and business process solutions leveraging Paradox.
• Design and execute integrations between Paradox and Workday.
• Collaborate across various Workday modules (must have experience in at least 2-3 modules): Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll (preferred).
• Partner with Workday functional and technical teams to guarantee smooth data flow and process automation.
• Assist in solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
• Create integration specifications, data mapping documents, and technical documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to implementation and integration.
• Offer insights on best practices, governance, and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Paradox implementation.
• Must have completed more than 2 full implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, business processes, and security frameworks.
• Practical experience with Workday integrations.
• Proficient in gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client-facing consulting.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Workday Certification in HCM, Integrations, or Recruiting (preferred).
• Experience in supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments (preferred).
• Previous consulting experience with Workday partners or system integrators (preferred).
• Familiarity with HR technology transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism Analytics is an advantage (preferred).
