This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Place and oversee orders with panel vendors.

• Analyze and interpret customer needs and specifications.

• Track order status and fulfillment, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.

• Resolve common fulfillment challenges (e.g., low incidence, screener drop-off) and escalate when necessary.

• Keep precise order records and documentation.

• Assist with quality checks on responses provided by participants.

• Experience in coordination: you've successfully managed various tasks, workflows, or projects simultaneously while keeping everything on schedule.

• Excellent attention to detail: you identify minor issues before they escalate into significant problems.

• Process-oriented executor: you adhere to established procedures meticulously, seek clarification when necessary, and consistently deliver results.

• Proficient in English: strong written communication skills are essential.

• Bonus: Experience in research or research operations.

• Bonus: Background in writing or reviewing screener questions.

• Bonus: Knowledge of B2B audience targeting and quota-based study configurations.

• Bonus: Experience in a fast-paced environment.
