Painting Estimator – Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Offer pre-construction assistance

• Oversee bids and handle document management

• Develop bid scope documentation

• Manage and organize RFPs

• Assemble submittal sheets and finalize schedules

• Reach out to suppliers and subcontractors for pricing via phone or email

• Confirm subcontractor quotes against takeoff quantities

• Dispatch proposals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Background in painting and wall coverings

• Proficient in Planswift (mandatory) or zzTakeoff

• Strong capability to interpret plans and specifications

• Experience in commercial painting (mandatory)

• Work schedule: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET (Eastern Time)
