This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Complete responsibility for the execution of performance marketing through paid social media platforms.
• Successfully managing builds and production from start to finish, ensuring redundancy across channels.
• Overseeing the implementation of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in alignment with set goals.
• Effectively managing strategic communications both internally and externally for clients and client teams.
• Actively engaging in internal discussions regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items with the team.
• Conducting independent external communications with clients concerning performance, tactical and strategic matters, updates, and recommendations through email, calls, and/or Slack (as needed).
• Strong aptitude for marketing and business strategy.
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and the execution of strategies via paid social.
• Thorough knowledge of the eCommerce model along with basic lead generation strategies.
• Capability to navigate challenges and adapt strategies in response to changes in the landscape to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Responsibility for performance reporting and communicating strategy.
• Managing performance reporting from start to finish while demonstrating excellent presentation creation skills.
• Independently presenting performance reports and summaries, facilitating strategic discussions with clients (both verbally and in writing).
• Skill in utilizing data to narrate a story and convey results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps.
• Proposing innovative plans and executing them to drive business results.
• Functioning as an effective team member for both departmental and account teams.
• Fostering a constructive and effective work environment in alignment with PD core values.
• Actively contributing to the growth and development of junior talent where applicable.
• Implementing AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Employing and leveraging Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in Direct Response marketing specifically within E-Commerce; Lead Generation and B2B experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc., is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in leading paid social strategies for direct response marketing initiatives.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; experience with other technical platforms is a plus.
• 1 year of client-facing experience with a focus on communication management.
• Excellent Excel skills with a strong understanding of advanced Excel features.
• Exceptional data analytics capabilities.
