This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Complete ownership and execution of performance marketing through paid social platforms.
• Effectively managing builds and production from start to finish with redundancy across channels.
• The channels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn where applicable, with a stronger focus on TikTok and Meta.
• Lead the execution of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in relation to goals.
• Take charge of strategic communication both internally and externally for clients and client teams.
• Proactively communicate with the team about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
• Maintain autonomous communication with clients regarding performance, tactical and strategic matters, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack as necessary.
• Strong marketing and business strategy acumen.
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and its execution through paid social.
• Full grasp of the eCommerce model and fundamental lead generation strategies.
• Capability to navigate obstacles and adjust strategies in response to changes in the landscape to achieve desired outcomes.
• Responsibility for performance reporting and strategic communication.
• Execute performance reporting from start to finish with exceptional presentation creation skills.
• Independently present performance reports and summaries, facilitating strategic discussions with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to utilize data to narrate a story and clearly articulate results to clients and key stakeholders, including next steps.
• Present innovative plans and execute them to drive business results.
• Function as an effective team member within both department and account teams.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment that aligns with PD core values.
• Actively engage in the growth and development of junior talent when applicable.
• Implement AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in Direct Response marketing specifically within E-Commerce; Lead Generation and B2B experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads focused on direct response campaigns; additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Pinterest Ads are a plus.
• 1+ years of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing initiatives.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; other technical platforms are a plus.
• 1 year of experience in client-facing roles and managing communications.
• Excellent Excel skills with a solid understanding of advanced features.
