This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Complete ownership and execution of performance marketing through paid social media platforms.
• Efficiently manage the entire build and production process from start to finish with redundancy across channels.
• Lead the implementation of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in relation to established goals.
• Effectively manage strategic communication both internally and externally for clients and their teams.
• Proactively communicate with the team regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
• Independently engage with clients on performance, tactical and strategic matters, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack as appropriate.
• Strong acumen in marketing and business strategy.
• Thorough understanding of the marketing funnel and execution through paid social channels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the eCommerce model and basic lead generation strategies.
• Capability to overcome obstacles and adjust strategies in response to changes in the landscape to achieve desired outcomes.
• Responsible for performance reporting and communication of strategy.
• Execute performance reporting from start to finish with excellent presentation skills.
• Independently present performance reports and summaries, facilitating strategic discussions with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to utilize data to convey a narrative and clearly articulate results to clients and key stakeholders along with actionable next steps.
• Propose innovative plans and execute them to drive business outcomes.
• Function as an effective team member for both departmental and account teams.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment consistent with PD's core values.
• Actively engage in the mentorship and development of junior talent when applicable.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize and engage with Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Over 1 year of experience in Direct Response marketing, specifically in E-Commerce; experience in Lead Generation and B2B is a plus.
• More than 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience leading paid social strategies for direct response marketing efforts.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; proficiency with other technical platforms is a plus.
• 1 year of client-facing experience and managing communications.
• Strong Excel skills with a solid understanding of advanced Excel features.
