This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Complete accountability and execution of performance marketing through paid social media platforms.
• Successfully manage builds and production from A-Z with redundancy across various channels.
• Channels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn as applicable, with a greater focus on TikTok and Meta.
• Oversee the implementation of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in line with established goals.
• Take charge of strategic communication both internally and externally with clients and client teams.
• Maintain proactive internal communication with the team regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
• Conduct autonomous external communication with clients regarding performance, tactical and strategic matters, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack (as applicable).
• Possess exceptional marketing and business strategy acumen.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and the execution of strategies through paid social.
• Fully comprehend the eCommerce model and fundamental lead generation strategies.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome obstacles and adjust strategies in response to changes in the landscape to achieve desired outcomes.
• Responsible for performance reporting and conveying strategies effectively.
• Carry out performance reporting from A-Z, showcasing excellent presentation skills.
• Present performance reports and summaries independently, facilitating strategic discussions with clients (both verbally and in writing).
• Leverage data to narrate a story and clearly communicate results to clients and key stakeholders, including next steps.
• Propose forward-thinking strategies and execute plans to drive business outcomes.
• Function as a valuable team member within both the department and account teams.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment in alignment with PD core values.
• Actively engage in the development and growth of junior talent where applicable.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Make use of Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in Direct Response marketing specifically within E-Commerce; additional experience in Lead Generation and B2B is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; experience with other platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Pinterest Ads is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing initiatives.
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; familiarity with other technical platforms is beneficial.
• 1 year of experience in client-facing roles and managing communications.
• Strong Excel skills with a solid understanding of advanced Excel functionalities.
• Excellent data analytics capabilities.
