This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• We are seeking a dynamic and innovative full-time Paid Social Strategist to become a part of our team, driven by a passion for performance marketing and team leadership.
• Proficiency in TikTok and Meta Ads platforms is essential!
• The Paid Social Strategist will oversee the performance, strategy, growth, and comprehensive execution of paid social accounts from start to finish.
• You will design and implement a paid social strategy aimed at achieving a business's broader objectives while closely optimizing strategies for our TikTok clients.
• Collaboration with our team and clients is crucial to ensure we meet or exceed monthly performance targets, and you will work alongside the creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to maintain excellence across the channel.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Direct Response marketing, particularly in E-Commerce; Lead Generation and B2B experience are advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Pinterest Ads is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience leading paid social strategies for direct response marketing initiatives.
• Over 1 year of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; experience with other technical platforms is a bonus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, managing communications effectively.
• Strong Excel skills with a comprehensive understanding of advanced Excel features.
• Excellent data analytics abilities.
