This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take full responsibility for the execution and management of performance marketing through paid social media platforms.
• Efficiently manage the entire process from builds to production with redundancy across various channels.
• Channels involved include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn where applicable.
• Lead the implementation of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in relation to established goals.
• Maintain strategic communication both internally and externally with clients and client teams.
• Proactively communicate with the team regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
• Conduct autonomous communication with clients regarding performance, tactical and strategic matters, updates, and recommendations through email, calls, and/or Slack as needed.
• Possess excellent marketing and business strategy insight.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel and its execution via paid social.
• Fully understand the eCommerce model and basic lead generation strategies.
• Capable of overcoming obstacles and adjusting strategies to adapt to changes in the industry to achieve desired outcomes.
• Take ownership of performance reporting and communication of strategy.
• Execute performance reporting from start to finish with strong presentation creation skills.
• Present performance reports and summaries independently, facilitating strategic discussions with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize data effectively to narrate a story and convey results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking plans to drive business results.
• Function as a productive team member within both departmental and account teams.
• Contribute to a positive and effective work environment aligned with PD core values.
• Actively engage in the growth and development of junior team members where applicable.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Utilize and maximize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your department.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Over 1 year of experience in Direct Response marketing, particularly in E-Commerce; experience in Lead Generation and B2B is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads specifically for direct response campaigns; familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Pinterest Ads is beneficial.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading paid social strategies for direct response marketing efforts.
• Over 1 year of experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; knowledge of other technical platforms is a plus.
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience and managing communications.
• Proficient in Excel with a solid understanding of advanced features.
