Paid Social Media Buyer, Part-Time, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Initiate, oversee, evaluate, and enhance paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Ensure impeccable execution of paid social naming conventions, tracking tags, audience targeting, and geo-lift setup.

• Perform daily monitoring of pacing and performance to ensure that budgets are aligned with monthly targets and achieving efficiency KPIs.

• Examine campaign data and reporting metrics such as CTR, ROAS, CVR, and AOV to identify opportunities for optimization and offer insightful recommendations.

• Assist with internal weekly and monthly performance presentations for the broader team, emphasizing data-driven insights and actionable solutions.

• Conduct ad hoc data analysis using internal tools like Excel, Sheets, Northbeam, and PowerBI.

• Continuously evaluate paid creative performance, synthesizing insights and sharing actionable recommendations with the broader teams and leadership.

• Aid in briefing image and video assets based on performance insights to the creative team to ensure a varied stream of ad content.

• Generate and brainstorm innovative creative ideas during team brainstorming and planning sessions, supporting the overall creative planning process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in executing Paid Social campaigns specifically on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Experience managing high-volume Meta budgets exceeding $1M per month.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and efficiently optimize monthly budgets.

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large data sets, optimizing for KPIs, and translating analysis into actionable steps. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Northbeam.

• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
