• Develop paid social media strategies that align with business objectives and target demographics.
• Set up and oversee campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
• Strategically distribute budgets across different social channels.
• Produce visually appealing ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel advertisements.
• Compose engaging ad copy that attracts attention and drives conversions.
• Execute A/B testing on creative elements, copy, and targeting to determine the most effective combinations.
• Continuously assess ad performance and implement real-time adjustments to enhance results.
• Analyze campaign data to reveal insights and trends that can guide future strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
• Expertise in social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Exceptional copywriting and visual design skills for ad production.
• Understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (PT/ET).
