• Take charge of daily operations for Meta campaigns.

• Enhance strategic testing speed by expanding creative experiments.

• Oversee the coordination of the creative pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in performance marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to convert raw data into actionable plans and significantly enhance conversion rates.

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.

• Fluency in both English and German (C1+ level).

• An experimental mindset with a strong enthusiasm for creative messaging.
