📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and additional platforms (Reddit, X, CTV, sponsored content), ensuring full-funnel performance across three unique verticals.

• Convert the overall full-funnel campaign strategy into a structured paid social campaign framework, defining creative needs and measurement, along with dedicated budget allocations and KPIs for each stage of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).

• Oversee daily campaign operations and optimization, which includes audience research and expansion, ad copy and creative adjustments, bid strategy, exclusion management, and testing advanced tactics such as Advantage+, Conversions API, and intent-based retargeting.

• Set the standard for creative quality in paid social. Collaborate with brand, content, and creative teams to ensure all assets produced are on-brand, factually accurate regarding product claims, and optimized for performance on paid social platforms.

• Create and implement a continuous testing framework, conducting A/B tests across creative elements, audiences, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies to uncover optimization opportunities and drive incremental performance improvements.

• Guarantee precise tracking and reporting of campaign performance at every stage of the funnel, translating data into actionable insights that foster ongoing optimization and learning, while regularly reporting to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, content, product marketing, creative, organic social, and marketing operations teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing initiatives, enhance landing pages, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid social within rapidly growing B2B companies, with a demonstrated history of managing substantial budgets on Meta and LinkedIn.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms, encompassing audience targeting, Conversions API, lead gen forms, and advanced bidding strategies.

• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline at scale through paid social, with quantifiable examples of pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity enhancement, and ROI improvement.

• Strong creative acumen, with the capacity to brief, assess, and refine ad creatives across various formats (static, video, carousel, short-form, lead gen forms), and collaborate effectively with brand and creative teams.

• Robust analytical skills, capable of manipulating and analyzing data using Excel/Google Sheets, Sigma, or SQL to identify trends and optimization opportunities at every funnel stage.

• Excellent project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities across diverse segments, products, and stakeholder groups.

• Outstanding communication skills for presenting performance insights, recommendations, and strategies to cross-functional partners and leadership.

• A data-driven decision-making approach emphasizing testing, measurement, and continuous optimization based on performance data.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
