Paid Social Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the paid social strategy for a range of growth-oriented clients

• Managing and optimizing campaigns primarily on Meta, with additional experience in TikTok and other emerging platforms

• Transforming business challenges into effective acquisition strategies supported by data and insights

• Identifying performance issues and uncovering growth opportunities ahead of clients

• Developing scalable systems and enhancing operational workflows within paid social

• Collaborating with creative teams to produce high-impact ad concepts, briefs, and testing frameworks

• Creating and implementing structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, and campaign structures

• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently sharing insights, recommendations, and performance narratives

• Contributing to the agency’s strategy regarding AI, creative velocity, and contemporary acquisition methods

• Extensive hands-on experience in paid social within an agency setting

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance acquisition strategies

• A commercially savvy individual who comprehends the link between expenditure, profitability, and business outcomes

• A systems-oriented thinker who enjoys refining processes and developing more efficient working methods

• Proficient in client communication and stakeholder management

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate platform metrics to commercial success

• Experience in briefing creative work or collaborating closely with creative teams

• Capability to work independently in a remote-first environment

• Bonus points for experience in eCommerce, subscription services, or high-growth consumer brands
