This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and oversee paid social strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aimed at high-value B2B target accounts.

• Take ownership of audience architecture, which includes constructing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences utilizing Clay, managing exclusion lists, and harnessing intent data and predictive audiences for tailored ad experiences.

• Oversee the complete campaign execution process, addressing awareness, retargeting, and demand generation goals across multiple geographies (AMER, EMEA, APAC).

• Perform daily pacing, conduct performance audits, and continuously test ad copy and creative formats to enhance efficiency (cpMQL/cpOPP) and scalability.

• Collaborate with creative teams to establish a creative testing roadmap and ensure that assets comply with platform best practices, managing the cadence of creative refreshes (e.g., every 3-4 weeks).

• Guarantee robust conversion tracking (e.g., CAPI/X Pixel integration) and UTM architecture for precise measurement and ROI attribution across CRM and marketing automation platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, specifically managing multi-million dollar budgets in paid social.

• Advanced understanding of key paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and relevant B2B marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay).

• Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation, scaling budgets, and managing complex B2B full-funnel campaigns.

• Proficiency in UTM architecture, conversion tracking setup, and data-driven optimization strategies.

• Experience in a B2B tech context targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
