This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop, implement, and oversee paid social strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aimed at high-value B2B target accounts.
• Manage audience architecture by creating Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences with Clay, utilizing exclusion lists, and employing intent data and predictive audiences for tailored ad experiences.
• Oversee the complete campaign execution process, addressing awareness, retargeting, and demand generation goals across various regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Perform daily pacing, conduct performance audits, and engage in ongoing testing of ad copy and creative formats to enhance efficiency (cpMQL/cpOPP) and scalability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to establish a roadmap for creative testing and ensure that assets comply with platform best practices, managing creative refresh intervals (e.g., every 3-4 weeks).
• Ensure comprehensive conversion tracking (e.g., CAPI/X Pixel integration) and UTM architecture for precise measurement and ROI attribution across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, particularly managing multi-million dollar budgets for paid social initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of leading paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and pertinent B2B marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay).
• Demonstrated proficiency in audience segmentation, budget scaling, and managing intricate B2B full-funnel campaigns.
• Expertise in UTM architecture, installation of conversion tracking, and data-driven optimization techniques.
• Experience in a B2B tech environment targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
