This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Create, implement, and oversee paid social media strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aimed at high-value B2B target accounts.
• Take charge of audience architecture, which includes constructing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences using Clay, exclusion lists, and utilizing intent data and predictive audiences for tailored ad experiences.
• Manage the complete campaign execution process, encompassing awareness, retargeting, and demand generation goals across different regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Perform daily pacing, conduct performance audits, and continuously test ad copy and creative formats to enhance efficiency (cpMQL/cpOPP) and scaling.
• Collaborate with creative teams to formulate a creative testing roadmap and ensure assets conform to platform best practices, overseeing the cadence of creative refreshes (e.g., every 3-4 weeks).
• Ensure comprehensive conversion tracking (e.g., CAPI/X Pixel integration) and UTM architecture for precise measurement and ROI attribution across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, particularly managing multi-million dollar budgets in paid social.
• In-depth understanding of major paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and pertinent B2B marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay).
• Demonstrated proficiency in audience segmentation, scaling expenditures, and managing intricate B2B full-funnel campaigns.
• Expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking setup, and data-driven optimization techniques.
• Experience in a B2B tech environment targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
